How to Register for SOEP with Davis Connect

If you would like to take a Davis Connect course through the Statewide Online Education Program (SOEP) use the following 3-step process:

*Parents/Legal Guardians of the student must be a resident of Utah.
*SOEP students are not eligible for Davis Connect activities or clubs. 
*Note: If you are Davis School District student and would like to take Davis Connect courses, you will not use this page. Please contact your school counselor.

Step #1 - Register for a Student Enrollment, Approval, and Tracking System (SEATS) Account

Step #2 - Register for Courses Using your SEATS Account

Log in to your SEATS account and then register for a course(s).

Step # 3 - Enroll with Davis Connect 

Once you have created your SEATS account, selected a course, and been approved by the SOEP provider (Davis Connect), the final step will be to enroll with Davis Connect.  Please complete the Davis Connect SOEP Pre-registration Form below to start the enrollment process with Davis Connect. This process could take up to 3 weeks.
